GALAXIES WITHIN US, OUT NOW ON MONSTERCAT

The 15-track body of work highlights the KP instrumentals we all love, as well as features from artists like Big Gigantic, Jimi Tents, Fatherdude, Tim Moyo, Kuda and the “Ice Man” himself, Wim Hof. KP moved to Miami to rent a beach house and gain inspiration from nature, something he’s found himself distanced from in the midst of being a touring producer. Studying plants, spectrums of light, and water structure has become a huge source of creativity and has derived some of his best musical works to date.

Using the MIDI Sprout device, Corey has created his forthcoming sophomore album with the help of nature. The device uses probes that connect to the leaves of a plant to pick up their biodata (or electrical signals). The biodata is then turned to music notes and ran thru Ableton to alter and source samples.

Galaxies Within Us is meant to be an eclectic, introspective journey that showcases KP’s versatility, inspiration and overall happiness.
